You make that New Years resolution every January and you break the resolution by Valentine’s Day or sooner. It is the most popular resolution every year for most people which is to lose weight and get fit. It is also the resolution that gets broken more than any other resolution.
When spring rolls around we promise ourselves that we are going to lose weight and get fit. Each month we say we are going to do it and the month goes by with no commitment for more than a day or so.
